What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare estimates and recommend needed services.
- Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians.
- Monitor repair progress and quality control.
- Manage inventory and parts coordination.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of Service Advisor or Service Manager experience.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Automotive technical knowledge and familiarity.
- Organized, dependable, and professional.
- Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and work with a team.
