What You'll Do:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare estimates and recommend needed services.
Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians.
Monitor repair progress and quality control.
Manage inventory and parts coordination.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of Service Advisor or Service Manager experience.
Strong customer service and sales skills.
Automotive technical knowledge and familiarity.
Organized, dependable, and professional.
Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and work with a team.
Desire to grow and build a long-term career.
